RETURN POLICY
Just simply follow the instructions below:
1. You can return your order for up to 3 days from the date of receiving your package.
2.Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging.
3.Please note that due to hygiene reasons, earrings, socks, lingerie and swimwear are non-refundable items which are excluded from our return policy.
4.Please whatsapp/email/facebook inbox us your order number and the reason(s) why returning these item(s).Include the return item(s) with its original package.
5.You will be responsible for the return and exchange shipping cost. You must return items by register mail or courier prepaid, please remember to ask your courier/ post office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for our reference. Without this, we cannot exchange if we do not receive your parcel.
6.All items will be inspected on return. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, or is incomplete or after the required period, we will not be able to offer a refund and exchange.Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund on any return shipping fees.
7.The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
-All outer,accessories and bags,shoes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
-On sale items/ order ( included all discounted items and items applied by any coupon, credit and promotion)
-Items have been worn, washed, scented or altered in any way
-Items without all original tags, packaging and other accessories received with the order
"Pearl Corner" reserved the right to change our Return & Exchange Policy without prior notice. If the return items in question do not meet our standards, we reserved the right to refuse return or exchange.
Incorrect item, missing item or faulty item
Please contact us if any merchandise you received is defective, incorrect or missing. We will do our very best to resolve your case in a timely manner.

5.退貨及寄回換貨的來回運費需由客戶承擔。客戶必須以掛號或速遞寄付形式投寄需要退換的貨品。請緊記向你使用的快遞公司/郵局，索取投遞證明，並妥善保管，以作記錄。
6.所有物品將在退貨時檢查。如果某件商品在不合適的條件下退還給我們，不完整或在規定的期限後退還，我們將無法退款及換貨。請注意，我們將無法退還任何退貨運費。
7.下列貨品我們恕不換貨:
﹣所有外套,配件及手袋, 鞋均不設退換
﹣減價貨品／訂單（包括任何減價貨品和使用了任何優惠 和積分的貨品）
﹣貨品已被使用過，磨損，洗涤，薰香，修改
﹣貨品沒有原裝附上的標籤，包裝等配件
"Pearl Corner”有權於毋須另行通知的情況下更改條款及細則。如果更換貨品不符合我們的準則 “Pearl Corner” ， 擁有退貨及更換貨品的保留權利 。如有任何爭議，”Pearl Corner “將擁有最終的決定權。
關於錯誤，遺失及瑕疵品
