Pre-order Items
Items will be dispatched from our warehouse around 7-14 working days (exclude public holiday) after payment transfer is completed.
Reminders: if orders contain both in stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped out together when all the items are ready for delivery.
Track & Trace
A tracking number will be given to you by e-mail once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. You can use this tracking number to track delivery status at courier official web site.
Hong Kong Shipment
All Hong Kong orders below HK$500, courier charge HK$30 will be added
All Hong Kong orders over HK$500,will be delivered by S.F. Express. We offer FREE courier service to Residential, Industrial & Commercial address, and FREE self pick up service at S.F. Express service centers / S.F. Stores.
Macau Shipment
We offer FREE door to door courier service to Macau customers once purchased over HK$600.
If order is below HK$600, we will arrange courier collect by S.F. Express.
Shipments deliver to Macau require around 2 - 3 business days after orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse.
Mainland China
We offer FREE door to door courier service to Mainland China customers once purchased over HK$2000.
If order is below HK$2000, we will arrange courier collect by S.F. Express.
Shipments deliver to Mainland China require around 3 - 5 business days after orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse.
